The Flexible Corporate Training Plan is a 12 months training services agreement which enables organizations to match each employee’s individual training needs to RISC Institute’s exhaustive list of training interventions covering every role in our respective market sectors whilst enjoying the same level of enrollment fees as corporate groups.
The plan covers our series of Competency Certificate courses. Employers can address skills and competency gaps for each member of their staff and close such gaps with one, two or three day courses focused specifically on that particular knowledge and skill.
The outcome and achievement of the learning objectives are measured through an objective assessment by means of multiple choice questions that are included in the PowerPoint slides. The lecturers use an Audience response system so that each trainee’s participation in the quizzes is individually recorded and monitored and feedback is sent to the employer.
